Stein Rogan + Partners to Launch National Ad Campaign for ABN AMRO S-Notes Brand

NEW YORK, NY – June 5, 2006 - ABN AMRO Bank N.V., headquartered in Amsterdam, will launch the first major advertising campaign in the United States for its S-Notes brand of structured products. The bank has tapped Stein Rogan + Partners for the launch assignment. Stein Rogan + Partners was named 2005 Agency of the Year by BtoB Magazine.

One of the leading providers of structured products in the United States and globally, ABN AMRO, which has more than 3,557 offices and branches in 58 countries, will use the Stein Rogan campaign to target broker/dealers, full service brokerages as well as mass-affluent, individual investors.

“Our goal is to build awareness of our S-Notes family of structured products in the United States – and of S-Notes’ ability to provide private investors and managed account managers with an alternative to equities, bonds and cash,” says Gijs Kaars Sijpesteijn, Executive Director, Head of PIP Distribution
