Stein Rogan + Partners: The Brand Activators
ARUBA NETWORKS LAUNCHES NEW CAMPAIGN WITH NEW AGENCY

Stein Rogan + Partners tasked with driving Aruba’s momentum

NEW YORK, CA – December 20, 2006 - Aruba Networks has named Stein Rogan + Partners its new agency of record. The Sunnyvale, California-based provider of enterprise mobility solutions is seeking to accelerate its strong growth with integrated campaigns targeting key vertical markets, as well as the horizontal “carpeted enterprise” market space.

Gary Singh, Aruba’s Vice President of Marketing states, “Stein Rogan knows the wireless LAN (WLAN) and enterprise mobility market, as well as our specific vertical markets. This expertise, combined with Stein’s brand positioning practice as well as its integrated brand/demand capabilities, makes them an ideal partner for us.”

“Aruba has outstanding technology, a differentiated mobility architecture, and a tremendous commitment to its clients,” adds Agency President Tom Stein. “These brand assets create significant opportunity; our job is to harness and communicate them in a way that reflects the pragmatic and emotional needs of the market,” he states.

Aruba Networks is the number two player in the market, following Cisco Networks. It has experienced strong year-over-year growth, and is poised now to accelerate that growth.

Keerti Melkote, Head of Products and Partnerships, and a founder of Aruba, comments, “We’ve gone from start-up to #2 in the market. We’ve done so with better technology, better solutions and better service. Now, we want to take the Aruba brand to the next level – so we can drive the business based on the most innovative and robust product roadmap.”

Stein Rogan will launch its first campaign for Aruba in the retail market, using the upcoming National Retail Federation BIG SHOW in January as launch pad. “We’re using multiple channels – the show itself, live events, online events, print and online advertising, white paper syndication, and extensive direct marketing,” Stein notes. “Aruba has set the bar high in terms of the lead and brand metrics we need to achieve in order to support its aggressive business goals.”

Spending for 2007 campaigns has not been announced. Aruba had worked with several agency resources before consolidating its account with Stein Rogan.
